1. About the Foundation

Peace-Henry God's Wind of Glory Charity Foundation ("the Foundation", "we", "us") is a not-for-profit and non-political organisation registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under RC: 9221005. Our registered address is No 3, Onowu Street, Amowbia, Ngene, Anambra State, Nigeria.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

3. Our Objectives

As stated in our constitution, the Foundation operates to:

  • Alleviate poverty through empowerment programmes, skills training, and financial assistance to less privileged individuals and families
  • Promote access to education by providing scholarships, learning materials, and school support initiatives
  • Advance healthcare and well-being through health awareness campaigns and medical outreaches
  • Support women and youth empowerment through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and small business grants
  • Provide relief and assistance to victims of natural disasters, crises, or other emergencies
  • Support the blind and deaf children, as well as orphaned and homeless children, by providing education, shelter, care, and inclusion
  • Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and private organisations for sustainable community development
  • Promote social inclusion and community service by encouraging volunteerism

4. Donations

All donations made to the Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are used solely towards the promotion of the objectives of the Foundation as set forth in our constitution. No portion of any donation shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly, by way of dividend, bonus, or otherwise by way of profit, to any member of the Foundation.

The Foundation operates bank accounts in its name with United Bank for Africa (UBA). Upon making a donation, you may be asked to upload a transfer receipt for verification purposes.

5. Use of Funds

In accordance with our constitution (Article 9), all funds shall be applied solely for the purpose of achieving the aims and objectives of the Foundation. The Foundation maintains strict financial documentation through:

  • Income Register
  • Cash Receipts and Payment Register
  • Bank Lodgment and Payment Register

Independent qualified auditors are appointed annually to audit the financial records. Audited financial statements are filed with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

6. Volunteer Participation

Volunteers participate on a voluntary basis. The Foundation does not guarantee any form of compensation, employment, or benefits to volunteers. Volunteer information collected through our forms is used solely for coordination and communication purposes.

7. Website Content

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Images, videos, and testimonials are used with the consent of the individuals depicted.

8. Intellectual Property

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, specifically the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAP C20 LFN 2004).
